Cecilia Hultén
Co-founder, CFO at CBio A/S & Angel Investor

Cecilia is a strategic leader with more than two decades of experience in the financial industry. She has led large international sales teams for institutions like UBS and Nordea. She brings a solid financial skill set with an in-depth understanding of funding, risk management and capital markets. 

Inspired by an extended stay in Silicon Valley, Cecilia became an entrepreneur, investor and board member leveraging technology and behavioural design to meet real needs focusing on fintech and healthcare. She has co-founded two companies, a biotech company to enable cancer cure and a data management company commercializing a project out of MIT's Fintech program. 

Moreover, Cecilia is an Executive Coach at the Stanford Graduate School of Business in Corporate Innovation. She holds a BSc at Gothenburg School of Economics and studied in the Stern School of Business MBA program at NYU.

Gwen Sandberg
Investment Director, Inventure

Gwen has 20 years of operator experience from both North America and Europe. She comes most recently from the Swedish fintech Tink where she was employee #30 and helped grow the company through it’s $2.2 billion sale to Visa this spring. She is passionate about young children's education. Gwen is a mentor to several young women, participates actively in Mentor Sweden and is president of her daughter's preschool. Eventually Gwen wants to start her own school for young girls in underprivilaged areas.

Virginia is a community builder, engaged in the development of ecosystem, new technologies and the next generation of businesses and entrepreneurs. She has a broad tech investor competence after having educated more than 300 business angels and over 30 fund managers in the Nordics and has experience in both direct investments and funds of funds investments. She is currently focused in developing the VC Challenge, the first pan-Nordic program that prepares emerging fund managers to raise their first fund.

The pitching part of the event starts at 10:00 and ends at 12:00. 

During the day you will get a chance to meet the investors and book meetings with them via the Brella app.

The event takes place at Malmö's Town Hall, Kompanigatan 5, 21213 Malmö.

There will be 10 amazing companies pitching representing each Nordic country. 

In the afternoon we will present the winner, Nordic Fe:male Founder of the Year!

    Nordic Fe:male Founders

    Are you a female or non-binary founder or co-founder running a high-potential startup? Then take the opportunity to pitch at Nordic Fe:male Invest Summit and win 100.000 SEK* in October 2022. Nordic Fe:male Founders is a pitching event held by Minc in conjunction with the highly appreciated conference Nordic Fe:male Invest Summit with the aim to inspire more women to go into entrepreneurship and investing.

    The pitching event is open for 

    • Nordic startups with at least 30% female ownership in the company
    • Innovative startups with high ambitions and growth potential 
    • Preferably have raised some investments before the pitch, but not mandatory
